Six parts, each one checkable.

  1. 1. The requirement: the exact WCAG criterion and level.
  2. 2. The method: how it was tested, by machine, by person or both.
  3. 3. The result, in the words a conformance report uses.
  4. 4. The fix: the defect and the pull request that changed the code.
  5. 5. The proof: the recording, table or screenshot behind the result.
  6. 6. The version: the build the result applies to, and nothing else.

When something does not pass, the report says so.

A “partially supports” result names the gap, the plan and the date.
